The CHC52025 Diploma of Community Services is designed to help you build the skills to support people, coordinate services, respond to complex needs and contribute to stronger, safer and more connected communities. You will develop skills in case management, client support, advocacy, crisis response, service coordination, communication, cultural safety, ethical practice and community program delivery.

At Australian Polytechnic Institute (AuPI), you can study this nationally recognised qualification through online learning with practical activities and mandatory work placement. This gives you the flexibility to study around your life while still gaining the practical experience needed to prepare for community services work.

This course can help you develop skills in case management, client support, advocacy, crisis response, service coordination, communication, cultural safety, ethical practice and community program delivery. You will also build skills in communication, problem-solving, leadership, cultural awareness, trauma-informed practice, professional boundaries and ethical decision-making.
